Tom Nalen - Center
Tom Nalen - Center Tom Nalen is a 15 year veteran and one of the most respected and skilled offensive line in the NFL today. Nalen has helped the Denver offensive line post the most rushing yards (27,174) as well as the most individual 1,000-yard rushing seasons (11) and 100-yard games (88) in the NFL since 1995. Nalen enters 2007 ranked second in Broncos history in career starts (183) and fourth in games played (189), totals that are both the most in franchise annals among offensive linemen. Nalen also worked as a starter on Denver's back-to-back Super Bowl champion teams from 1997-98 and has started 13 career postseason games, which tie for the third-highest total in team history. Nalen led an offensive line that blocked for the franchise's second-best single-season rushing total of 2,539 yards in 2005. Nalen also played every offensive snap in 2004 on a line that set a franchise record by giving up only 15 sacks, to rank third in the NFL all-time.
Nalen is a Hall of Famer, without question. What is at question is how many more years the big guy has left in the tank. Look for another stellar season from Nalen and the Denver offensive line.
