Conte: Dropping points 'could be lethal'
The Bianconeri currently hold a comfortable six-point lead over second-placed Napoli, but Conte has made it clear that they cannot afford to lose focus ahead of Sunday's match versus Catania.
"All the games we play from now until the end of the season will represent finals as far as we're concerned, dropping points could be lethal," he said on Saturday.
"Catania are doing extremely well this year. It's an extremely tough game that needs to be faced with the right attitude, attention and determination.
"We'll also need our supporters to urge us on. I hope to see a full house at Juventus Stadium to celebrate our qualification to the (Champions League) quarter-finals and, hopefully, witness a great performance and victory."
Conte also put to bed rumours of him departing the club for another European destination, having been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid and PSG.
"There is absolutely no chance of me leaving Juventus at the end of the season," he said.
"It's very pleasing to hear big European clubs appreciate you, but the praise is there for the players and Juventus overall.
"This means we are all working well together and should be proud. I am very much in sync with the president, directors Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici. As long as this harmony exists, there will be no problem.
"Do I feel ready for a big European club? I am already at a big European club."
