Conte realistic over Bayern threat

Juventus coach Antonio Conte has called for his players to exploit Bayern Munich's weak points on Tuesday.

Conte wants Juve to show confidence despite considering his side to be 'outsiders' ahead of their Champions League clash at the Allianz Arena.

Juve and Borussia Dortmund are the only unbeaten teams in Europe this season and Conte does not intend on having this streak interrupted by Jupp Heynckes' men, despite the German's outstanding form and their commanding position in Bundesliga.

"We know we're outsiders and that we're up against one of the main contenders. But we're not here by chance," the 43-year-old told reporters at a press conference.

"We'll look to identify the weak points of an incredibly strong Bayern team.

"It will be a great, combative game. Bayern's 20-point lead over a top side like Borussia Dortmund is a real testament of the strength that they possess.

"We're delighted to be back in the final stages of Europe after a long absence and will look to play our own game. We're here because we deserve to be.

"Tomorrow we'll be up against an extremely strong side but we can't let that put us off our game. There's plenty of desire to see how we measure up against Bayern. It's a test that will show us how far we've come."
