In the final round of fixtures, Zhang Xizhe scored the only goal of the game in the dying moments of the contest at Workers' Stadium to make sure of Beijing Guoan's third place, and their spot in the AFC Champions League.
Elsewhere, ex-Chelsea striker Didier Drogba scored in Shanghai Shenhua's 3-0 win over 10-man Qingdao Jonoon.
Gilberto Macena and Han Peng scored in either half for Shandong Luneng in a 2-0 win over relegated Henan Jiany to make sure of their own safety.
Zhao Junzhe scored two minutes from time to end Liaoning Whowin's season on a winning note with an entertaining 3-2 victory over Shanghai Shenxin, who were relegated as a result.
Guangzhou R&F ended a run of three defeats with a 1-1 draw against second-placed Jiangsu Sainty.
In other results, Guizhou Renhe beat Dalian Shide 3-0 with all goals coming in the second half.
Dalian Aerbin scored a 2-1 away win at Hangzhou and mid-table Tianjin Teda lost 1-0 at home to Changchun Yatai, who took an early lead through Marquinhos' strike.
