Netherlands star Nigel de Jong believes the hard work is now over in his team's quest to qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
The Dutch defeated Romania 4-1 in Bucharest on Tuesday, leaving them top of Group D by three points, with a superior goal difference to their rivals, who have all played the same number of matches.
"There are still a few games to go, but this just cannot go wrong," the AC Milan midfielder told De Telegraaf.
"We still have Hungary and Romania at home. We have to play Turkey, but only in the last game.
"We knew that this would be a difficult game. Romania were confident after victory in Turkey and were supported by many enthusiastic fans.
"We knew as players that we would have to go one step further. And that was what happened. All credit to the young guys."
