Portuguese defender Ricardo Rocha has joined Championship outfit Ipswich Town on a one-week trial.
The former Tottenham and Portsmouth defender will spend the week in training with Paul Jewell's side before a decision on his future is made.
Ipswich are struggling and sit 23rd on the Championship table, having conceded 15 goals in their seven matches this season.
"Ricardo is here for the week and we will take it from there," Jewell told Ipswich's official website.
Rocha – who has won six caps for his country – was released from Portsmouth in May after making 62 league appearances in three seasons at the club.
