Pohang Steelers climbed to fourth in the K-League with a 3-1 victory over Ulsan at the Pohang Steel Yard on Sunday.
Steelers defender Kim Dae-Ho opened the scoring with a rare goal in the 41st minute before Brazilian forward Maranhao levelled the contest on 58 minutes.
Ghanaian striker Derek Asamoah restored Pohang's advantage in the 68th minute, with Park Seong-Ho putting the result beyond doubt four minutes later.
The result sees Ulsan slip to fifth on 58 points, while Pohang (59 points) trail third-placed Suwon Bluewings by three points.
Ulsan play host to second-placed Jeonbuk Motors next up, followed by the first leg of their AFC Champions League semi-final showdown with Bunyodkor.
Pohang will take on Gyeongnam in the final of the FA Cup before resuming their K-League campaign against Busan I'Park.
