Ligue 1: Lyon 0 PSG 1

Jeremy Menez's second-half strike fired Paris Saint Germain to a 1-0 victory over Lyon, sealing the third Ligue 1 title in their history.
Carlo Ancelotti's side needed three points on Sunday to end a run of 19 years without a league triumph and, after a frustrating first-half, were relieved to see Menez's 53rd-minute strike hit the back of the net.
The Frenchman provided a clinical finish at the end of a flowing move involving Thiago Motta and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, firing his fifth goal of the season low beyond Anthony Lopes to secure the victory.
A competitive start from both sides gave the game an excellent tempo, with both goalkeepers being tested in the opening five minutes and making good saves to keep the game level.
The hosts tested Nicolas Douchez first as Bafetimbi Gomis dropped off the PSG defence from a Yoann Gourcuff corner at the back post, but the goalkeeper made a one-handed save from his header back across goal.
It was not long before Ibrahimovic was involved in the action with two shots on goal in quick succession. His first, an audacious chip, had Anthony Lopes at full stretch before Mouhamadou Dabo blocked a shot that looked destined for the net from inside the six yard box.
After such a promising start from both sides, the first-half became fairly uneventful with both defences on top and denying opportunities to test the goalkeepers. Lopes commanded his penalty area particularly well, claiming numerous crosses that were fired in towards Ibramhimovic.
A cagey start to the second-half added to the tension for PSG and their title aspirations, but that all changed in the 53rd minute. Thiago Motta, back in the team having missed the draw with Valenciennes, won the ball in midfield and immediately fed Ibrahimovic.
He played it back to the Brazilian who rolled a perfect pass to Menez, the forward steadied himself and sent a low left-footed shot across Lopes and into the bottom corner.
