Paris Saint-Germain have announced that sporting director Leonardo is to leave the club at the end of the transfer window.
The former Milan and Inter boss joined the club in July 2011, but was recently slapped with a 13-month touchline ban for pushing an official following a 1-1 draw with Valenciennes in May.
A statement on the club's official website read: "Paris Saint-Germain has been informed of the decision of Leonardo to leave his duties as the club's sporting director at the end of the transfer period.
"The club regrets his decision but respects his choice. It expresses its appreciation for the remarkable work accomplished to build a leading European club in Paris."
