Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Mamadou Sakho believes his team's 4-0 win over Valenciennes will make their rivals sit up and take notice.
The result was Valenciennes' first home defeat of the season, and means Carlo Ancelotti's side move to within two points of Ligue 1 leaders Lyon.
Sakho also praised his side's team spirit, ahead of their clash with Lyon on Sunday.
"We are satisfied with the result tonight as Valenciennes had never lost at home," he said.
"I think we drew attention tonight. We played better as a team and was able to recover after a very complicated month in November.
"I think the group became aware of the qualities of each of us. We shared some meals together and it helped to break some barriers and bring the team together. I think we can see it on the field and we have a tough Parisian team mind and play good football.
"Lyon is a very good team and play very well and they win. But PSG wins and progress also so I think it will be a good game."
