Alejandro Faurlin has insisted his QPR team-mates are only one win away from finding their form in the Premier League.
The midfielder returned to the team earlier this season following an injury in January that had kept him out until the new campaign.
But Faurlin believes that QPR will soon turn things around.
He told the Daily Star: "We have players who have come in who have won things.
"It might be different for them at the moment, but we are professionals.
"The mood is good. We just need that first win. We are disappointed and frustrated. We know the pressure is coming but we can handle it.
"A lot of players have arrived. We have taken time to gel and, of course, no one likes these negative runs. But we have to be brave and try to get this win as soon as possible.
"We are disappointed and working really hard. We have let down the manager a little bit. But we have a strong group and we are working really hard.
"Mark is a really good manager and I think he will improve QPR a lot.
"The first win will have a massive impact. We know that. We need that. We want that.
"We have had some good performances and we have got nothing. We have had some difficult fixtures. We know that something is missing and we need to focus even more.
"It will be difficult for me coming back after the injury, but I just want to do my best for the team and for the manager."
QPR face Everton on Sunday seeking their first win this season, having only managed to gain two points from seven games so far.
