Yakin non-committal about selection

Basel head coach Murat Yakin has played down the likelihood of starting an attacking quartet against Schalke on Tuesday.
Yakin surprisingly selected Marco Streller up front alongside Giovanni Sio with goalscoring wingers Mohamed Salah and Valentin Stocker out wide in Basel's 2-1 win away to Chelsea on the opening matchday of the UEFA Champions League.
But despite his team's success at Stamford Bridge, Yakin has not started the same front four in Basel's three league games since the win over Chelsea and the 39-year-old coach remained non-committal about the prospect when asked on Monday.
"It was maybe a surprise that we played with four attackers against Chelsea," Yakin said.
"We will have to see if this is possible tomorrow as some of them have minor knocks, nothing serious, but we will decide tomorrow if the same line-up is possible or if we have to change.
"The players have to be at their best, week after week and that has its effects on their physical condition."
Both Stocker and Salah scored in Basel's 2-2 draw at home against Sion on Saturday.
It was the third straight game that Stocker had scored with the 24-year-old left winger having scored four goals and produced six assists in 13 matches for Basel this season.
Yakin added young defender Fabian Schar will be tested the morning of their match against Schalke.
Schar injured his knee against Sion but trained on Monday.
"He (Schar) will be tested tomorrow morning and we will decide if he can play," Yakin said.
