Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta is confident he and his team mates can replicate the finish of the Barclays Premier League in 2012.
If the Blues win all of their remaining games, they will be crowned champions for the second time in three seasons.
Sergio Aguero's famous strike against QPR which clinched the title in 2012 is something that is helping Zabaleta and his team mates keep belief they can overcome the challenge from Liverpool.
"We've been in this situation two years ago and the most important thing we've learned from that experience was the team spirit to keep fighting until the end."
"Whoever ends as the champions, it is because they will deserve it."
City boss, Manuel Pellegrini, stated that his teams destiny was in their own hands after Liverpool's loss to Chelsea at the weekend.
Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, has ruled his team out of the title race, as he has done several times throughout the season, but Zabaleta is not taking anything for granted.
"Of course we cannot forget Chelsea, they are a top team with a top manager."
"They showed they are still very hungry for the title, so everything is very tight and it's going to be a fantastic race until the end."
After the amount of ups and downs in this campaign it would be unrealistic to have a favourite out of the three teams still in the title race.
