Calvin Johnson is one of the less-marketed stars in the NFL, but that is quickly changing. Megatron, who recently signed a seven-year, $132 million contract (with a whopping $60 million guaranteed), is coming off a record breaking season, and has endorsements with Acura, East Bay and, now, Nike.
Johnson just turned 28, but he's one of those once-in-a-generation type players who has a combination of size, speed and strength that the NFL has never seen. Even when he begins to age, he will become a prominent red-zone threat, rendering him always useful. He's in the prime of his career, and is by far the league's most talented receiver. It's possible he can play for another six-to-eight years at a quality level.
