3. Mike Davis And Leonard Fournette
Mike Davis quietly ran for 1,100-plus yards as a sophomore and scored 11 TDs, but he does receive the respect he deserves. Steve Spurrier's offense has to be balanced for it to work, which is anyone's case in the SEC. Spurrier's lone national championship showcased more team rushing yards than passing yards, and the same can be expected in 2014 for South Carolina's SEC championship push.
Leonard Fournette is the lone freshman to make the list, but others could very well be in consideration as the season goes on. Fournette is one of the reasons why Les Miles 'likes his chances' in every game this year at LSU.
The 6-foot-1, 224-pound. frosh will be the bell cow for Miles' offense, and Fournette could become a household name by season's end.
