The 6-foot-3, 211-pound receiver boasts skills that can translate well into the NFL. He is a big-bodied wideout who can box out defensive backs. He has huge strong hands and isn’t afraid to run over the middle or help block upfield.

Williams reminds me of Anquan Boldin -- he isn’t a burner but is a physical player who will impose his will on smaller defenders.
