7. Mathias Kiwanuka
Although he's never taken on the kind of leadership role that guys like Justin Tuck have, Mathias Kiwanuka has had a quietly productive career as a member of the New York Giants since being drafted 32nd overall out of Boston College in 2006.
Kiwanuka started his career at defensive end, but was soon moved to linebacker at the start of the 2007 season. A move back to the defensive line is likely, however, as that seems to be where Kiwanuka is most effective. In 2008, filling in for an injured Osi Umenyiora at defensive end for the entire season, he had the most productive season of his career thus far, totaling eight sacks and two forced fumbles.
