The Arkansas State Red Wolves must replace two-time Sun Belt Player of the Year Ryan Aplin. There is no shortage of young quarterbacks willing to try and squeeze into Aplin's shoes: sophomore Fredi Knighten, a dual-threat quarterback that has proven his versatility. Senior Phillip Butterfield, who has been behind Aplin on the depth chart for three years. And Chandler Rogers, who threw for 3,164 yards and 30 touchdowns last year playing for Copiah-Lincoln Community College. The only certainty is the fierceness of the competition in Jonesboro this offseason.
