Hunter is a matchup problem who ran a 4.4 40 yard dash at 6'4". He can also jump out of the building making him a perfect redzone target for Jake Locker. Once upon a time, Ken Whisenhunt made a 1,000 yard receiver out of Steve Breaston in Arizona. More recently a star was born in San Diego name Keenan Allen. It's no stretch to expect Whisenhunt to have an equally positive impact on Hunter's career. In 2013, he cranked out 1.41 fantasy points per target which is well above the league average of 1.05.

Why he's being overlooked

He's still learning the position, and route running has been a weakness. He'll also be fighting for targets behind Nate Washington and Kendall Wright.
