Ladarius Green is a phenomenally sized person. To boot, he ran a 4.55 40-yard dash making him a formidable matchup problem for every opposing defensive coordinator. Entering his third year in the league, Green will be on the field more in two tight end formations for the Chargers under new Offensive Coordinator Frank Reich. Green was only targeted 29 times in 2013, but managed to rack up 55.6 fantasy points in his limited role. That was good for 1.91 fantasy points per target which was the second highest in the league in 2013.
Why he's being overlooked
He's still behind Hall of Famer Antonio Gates, so again I stress: Be sure not to draft him in a spot where your roster relies upon his breakout performance.
