Universidad Catolica remain on top of the Chile Primera Division despite slipping to a 1-1 draw against Universidad Concepcion.

Half-time substitute Milovan Mirosevic's 52nd-minute goal looked to have handed Catolica their third straight win to open the season before Concepcion's Diego Ruiz earned Martin Lasarte's men a point on 86 minutes.

It was the first goal Catolica had conceded of the campaign.

Giants Colo Colo remain winless after they snatched a 1-1 result as Antofagasta.

After a scoreless first half, Cristian Canio put Antofagasta ahead after 64 minutes before Colo Colo substitute Emiliano Vecchio struck the equaliser seven minutes from time.

An Angel Rojas brace powered Everton to a 3-1 victory against Rangers.

Esteban Ciacchieri's goal for Rangers on 52 minutes cancelled out Nicolas Penailillo's sixth-minute opener with the game deadlocked until late in the second half.

Rojas edged Everton in front in the 73rd minute before he sealed the victory in the second minute of stoppage time.

A late winner from Cristian Bogado secured Deportes Iquique a 2-1 win over Union Espanola.

Iquique's Jonathan Rebolledo's 28th-minute goal secured a lead before Sebastian Jaime levelled 12 minutes later.

But Bogado popped up three minutes before time to secure the victory after Union's Gustavo Canales had been sent off late in the first half.

In other results, Universidad Chile swept aside Cobresal 3-0, Union La Calera won 2-1 against Nublense while Palestino and the Santiago Wanderers fought out a 2-2 draw.

Audax Italiano and O'Higgins shared the points in a 1-1 result and Huachipato and Cobreloa played out a goalless draw.
