Chinese Super League Preview: Guangzhou loom on hat-trick of titles

Guangzhou Evergrande will travel to the Jinan Olympic Stadium on Sunday hoping to clinch their third straight title with four games remaining.
Evergrande will face a stern test against second-placed Shandong Luneng, who will need to win to keep their title hopes alive.
Guangzhou come into the game in red-hot form after a thumping 8-1 aggregate win over Japanese side Kawisha Reysol in the AFC Champions League semi-finals, and will be hoping that they can seal a treble this year after recently reaching the final of the Chinese FA Cup.
Skilful Brazilian attacking midfielder Elkeson, top scorer in the league with 23 goals, will once again be key for Guangzhou.
For Shandong, their defence will need to hold firm against a Guangzhou attack that has scored 16 more goals then next most prolific team Beijing Guoan (48).
In other games, Qingdao Jonoon host Wuhan Zall on Saturday - with the former hoping to move out of the relegation zone in the bottom of the table clash, with the latter on the brink of being dropped to the second tier.
Guangzhou R&F will be looking for some consistency when they face Changchun Yatai, who are close to the bottom two, only two points ahead of Qingdao.
Jiangsu Sainty will travel to Hangzhou hoping to capitalise on their home win last week against Liaoning.
Liaoning Whowin face third placed Beijing Guoan, who will be looking for a win as they try and hold on to the Champions League place they moved into last week.
Tianjin Teda will host Dalian Aerbin as both sides fight for mid-table obscurity.
Local rivals Shanghai SIPG and Shanghai Shenxin will go head to head, with the latter needing to win to distance themselves from the relegation zone.
In the last game of the round on Sunday, seventh place Shanghai Shenhua will host Guizhou Renhe, who will be looking for a win to take back the Champions League spot they lost to Beijing last weekend.
