Titans Open Mini-Camp: Begin Whisenhunt Era

Created on Jun. 17, 2014 6:50 PM EST

The Ken Whisenhunt era has officially began with the Tennessee Titans opening mini-camp today.

Whisenhunt is only the Titans third head coach since moving to Nashville in 1999, and the former Arizona Cardinal Super Bowl head coach is imprinting his offensive philosophies within the organization.

Here are notes from today's mini-camp:

Titans have agreed to terms with RB Bishop Sankey, per his agent. The deal is four years. With Sankey signing, it makes all but first-round pick Taylor Lewan to sign a rookie contract.

Veteran line-backers Quentin Groves and Marvin Mitchell worked out on Monday, but have not signed.

RB Shonn Greene, DE Marcus Dixon and offensive linemen Eric Olsen and Chris Spencer did not pratice Tuesday due to lingering injuries.

WR/FB Dorin Dickerson, went through mini-camp today on a tryout basis. He hopes to earn a roster spot with his play throughout camp.
