6. Ben Tate
Tate is a big time back just waiting his turn behind the great Arian Foster. Much has been made about Foster’s dump truck load of carries over the past three seasons (319 rushing attempts per year over the last three regular seasons) and this should factor greatly into Tate’s workload in 2013. Head coach Gary Kubiak will likely balance the carries in the Houston backfield a bit more this season in order to keep Foster fresh, which will make Tate a borderline flex play and rock solid starter should Foster, who is currently nursing a sore calf, go down. With a current average draft position in the ninth round, Tate is a good bet to carve out a decent role in Houston with a nice 2014 payday in his sights. Dynasty owners should take extra special notice here, as Tate could land a featured role next season and produce fantastic profits.
