Cowboys Dominate Eagles In NFC East Showdown
By Frank Irving
The Dallas Cowboys took away the Philadelphia Eagles' primary offensive weapons in a dominant Week 7 performance at Lincoln Financial Field. The Cowboys limited RB LeSean McCoy to just 55 yards on 18 carries, effectively stripping away the play-action pass from the Eagles' playbook.
Nick Foles turned in a dismal line of 11-for-29 passing for just 80 yards before leaving the game with a concussion near the end of the third quarter.
Foles' status remains uncertain for the Eagles' Week 8 game against the New York Giants.
