There's no reason John Jenkins should have been on the board when the Saints picked at No. 82.
The Philadelphia Eagles at pick No. 67 went with LSU's Bennie Logan, who came from a 4-3 defense in college. While not doubting Logan's talent, especially considering he was an All-American, he's not a great fit in Philadelphia.
Jenkins would have been great there, as well as with the Jacksonville Jaguars at pick No. 64.
The Saints got a steal in the third round with Jenkins, but there's no way he should have still been on the board.
