Lynch has shown in his brief collegiate career that he can be a dominant force along the defensive line. He showed an explosive first step, interior speed and a polished set of pass rush moves during his freshman season at Notre Dame.
In the early part of his first season at USF, Lynch has shown that he needs to knock off a little rust but still has the raw skills to be a special player. He continues to shed blockers with ease and open things up for Devekeyan "DeDe" Lattimore, who is having a career year with Lynch swallowing blockers in front of him.
Even though the gaudy numbers are not following Lynch, his skill set and interior pass rush ability make him a great prospect to watch.
