Hue’s Next? Can Greg Williams Turn the Browns Around After Jackson Axe?

Interim coach Gregg Williams has taken over the reins of the struggling Cleveland Browns following the sacking of Hue Jackson and offensive coordinator Todd Haley.

But unless Williams can pull off a miracle and stop the rot, the Browns will soon be on the lookout for a new leader to turn the tide.

They have lost three straight and face the free-scoring Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

“This is not a throwing in of the towel,” owner Jimmy Haslam told ESPN. “It is a rebooting, if you will, an opportunity to give them a fresh start these last eight games.”

After that, team insiders believe the ownership may be looking for a new broom to sweep the Browns into a new era.
