3. Green Bay Packers
Green Bay presents another situation where a rookie (technically, rookies) is mudding the waters, as Eddie Lacy and Johnathan Franklin enter a backfield that was already occupied by DuJuan Harris, James Starks and potentially Cedric Benson. After a strong late-season showing, the Packers could give Harris a chance to continue the momentum into 2013, but Lacy and his 6.8 YPC over his college career should get a chance to grab the majority of the carries here. We should see Lacy emerge as the back to own in Green Bay by mid-season, but he’s also probably not worth anything more than a mid-to-late round pick unless we get a lot more clarity on this situation.
