OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY

After being redshirted as a true freshman, Blackmon worked his way into the starting lineup in 2009, but it was in 2010 when he broke out.

As a sophomore in 2010, Blackmon was third in the nation with 111 receptions and second in the nation with 1,782 receiving yards. He also led the nation with 20 receiving TDs. He became the first WR to win the Big-12 Offensive Player of the Year on his way to being named a consensus All-American and the recipient of the Fred Biletnikoff Award.

As a junior, Blackmon led the Big-12 with 122 receptions and was second in the conference with 1,522 receiving yards. He added 18 receiving TDs on his way to his second Fred Biletnikoff Award.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

Blackmon was drafted by the Jaguars with the fifth-overall pick in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

As a rookie, Blackmon made 14 starts, bringing in 64 passes for 865 yards and five TDs. His receptions and receiving yards led all rookies that season.

Blackmon started 2013 on the sideline after having groin surgery in the offseason. When he returned, he had 29 receptions, 415 yards, and one TD in four games.

On November 1, 2013, Blackmon was suspended indefinitely for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
