Mid-Season Review: Best 12 From The Pac-12

4. Brandin Cooks, WR, Oregon State

5-10, 186

2013 Stats: 6 G, 63 rec., 944 yds., 15.0 avg., 11 TDs; 16 car., 106 yds., 6.6 avg., 1 TD

Cooks is having one of the best seasons ever for a receiver. If he keeps it up, he could near 2,000 yards receiving. He's small and probably projects as a slot receiver in the NFL, but he is fast, makes acrobatic catches and can run routes -- not just slants and deep go's. He is just like Percy Harvin (more durable, we hope). Cooks should be selected late first/early second round.
