9. 5. Taylor Kelly, QB, Arizona State
2013 Stats: 6 G, 147-237, 62%, 1,965 yds., 16 TDs, 6 INT
Kelly deserved a closer look after an impressive 2012 campaign, and he's proving that he's the real deal this season. He needs to cut down on his interceptions but he has impressed with big wins against Wisconsin and USC. His best attribute is his ability to throw extremely accurately while scrambling to the sidelines. He can make all the NFL throws and can even run when needed. He's a pure passer and will probably be drafted in the second round next year.
