To be the second-longest tenured coach (11 years) in the volatile NFL is an accomplishment, and that is exactly what Cincinnati's Marvin Lewis is. With a foundation of consistency and talent at key positions, the Bengals are in a position to use the draft to tip the scales in their favor and become a more formidable playoff threat. After three consecutive playoff appearances, the time is now for the Bengals to become more than a one-and-done postseason participant.
The Bengals are going into the 2014 NFL Draft with a roster that has few apparent holes. Still, they do have some depth issues, and talent upgrades will go a long way in helping them make a deeper playoff run.
