2. Tennessee 41, Alabama 14 (Oct. 14, 1995)
The Tide's long winning streak ended. Manning led UT to a win at Legion Field, including an 80-yard touchdown to Joey Kent on the first play from scrimmage. It was the Vols' first win against the Tide since 1985 and Manning directed the Tennessee band after the Vols victory.
1. Tennessee 30, Auburn 29 (Dec. 6, 1997)
The Vols rallied from a 10-point second-half deficit to beat Auburn in the SEC championship. Manning was named game MVP after passing for four touchdowns, including the eventual game-winning 73-yard fourth quarter bomb to Marcus Nash. This is still thought of as one of the greatest SEC championship games played.
