Created on Jul. 30, 2013 10:19 AM EST

After a 4-12 season in 2012 and an offseason full of turnover, the Oakland Raiders will open their 2013 campaign with the tough task of playing the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Sept. 8, who come off an 11-5 season and a playoff appearance behind quarterback Andrew Luck. The Week 1 matchup will show how Oakland’s revamped defensive personnel stacks up with the high-powered Colts offense, and it will be a first look at the Raiders’ offense led by new quarterback Matt Flynn.

The teams last played in 2010, and Indianapolis won, 31-26.
