The agent of Southampton midfielder Gaston Ramirez says the Uruguayan has a problem with head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
Ramirez – who joined Southampton from Bologna for a fee of £12million in August last year – has been a bit-part player in the Premier League this season.
All of his four appearances have been off the bench and although he has impressed in the League Cup, scoring twice in as many matches, he has been unable to force his way into Pochettino's first team.
That has led to speculation that Ramirez may be on his way out of Southampton, with Napoli reportedly keen on signing the 22-year-old.
And Ramirez's agent, Pablo Betancourt, has fuelled the talk, suggesting that he could be set to depart and that he does not like his coach.
Betancourt told napolicalciolive.com: "Napoli is a possibility.
"Gaston really likes the (Southampton) chairman, Nicola Cortese, but not the coach, Pochettino."
Ramirez is contracted at Southampton until 2016 but was not even on the bench for the club's last fixture, a 2-0 win over Swansea City.
