This pick had me at Rambo. Hey, it was the sixth round and nearly 200 picks deep, so delirium had started to take hold. Plus, I’m an unapologetic child of the 80s. Deal with it.
Rambo certainly has an opportunity to make the ‘Skins roster and provide a much needed difference-maker in the secondary. Rambo, a physically gifted but unpolished safety, now becomes a pet project for secondary coach Raheem Morris. Can he harness Rambo’s talents and mold this raw athlete into an opposing wide receiver’s worst nightmare?
If not Morris, is Col Trautman available? That’s bad, I know. Have I no shame?
