While I see a down year for the Big Ten, I see a better one for Indiana, which hasn't made a bowl since 2007 and before that, 1993.
Indiana is much improved with a healthy Tre Roberson at quarterback to go with nine other offensive starters. Roberson also has two capable backups or subs. The team is going to score and its defense will be better too — just not that much better.
The Hoosiers also have eight home games, of which I only see losses to Missouri and Penn State. They should topple Minnesota on Homecoming, Illinois a week later and Purdue on Nov. 30.
The key game is in Week 3 against Bowling Green. A win there should give Indiana six and a bowl game. The Texas Bowl sounds about right.
