Thomas Müller



Thomas Müller was born in Weilheim, West Germany on 13 September 1989. Primarily an attacking midfielder, he has great versatility, which has allowed him to play centrally, or on either wing. On occasion, he has also been deployed in a traditional centre forward role. Known for his off-the-ball movement, ability to find space in the opposition box and his end product, he is a prolific goalscorer and creator of chances for teammates.

A product of the Bayern Munich youth academy, which he joined at the age of ten, Müller worked his way through the ranks and made his debut for the club's reserve team early in 2008.
