5. Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
6-0, 186 pounds
Hardy, a former walk-on, is quickly developing into a very good combination receiver. Hardy is listed as an inside receiver on East Carolina's official site, but he has the speed and quickness to play both inside and outside. Hardy has great speed and good moves at the line of scrimmage that help him get behind opposing defenders.
Hardy is a natural hand catcher and displays very good hands. This makes him a big threat in the red zone, where he excels in running the end zone fade play. If Hardy continues to develop at the rate he has in his first two seasons, he could find himself sneaking into the discussion of the best inside receivers eligible for next year's draft.
