4. Rob Moore - 1990

Moore was yet another first round supplemental draft pick who saw a great deal of success early in his career. Moore was never the type of receiver that stood out as a superstar, but he was a solid receiver throughout his 10-year career.

Although Moore played well for the Jets, he did not reach his full potential until he went to Arizona in 1995. Moore saw a great deal of success with Jake Plummer, turning in back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons in1996 and 1997, including a career-high 1,584 yards in 1997.
