Mario Edwards, another member of the 2000 Seminoles draft class, also didn't have a long NFL career.
FSU suspended the cornerback in 1997 after a student judiciary commitee kicked him out of school. A female student lodged a complaint against him for slapping her. He eventually came back and was a member of the 1999 championship team. He didn't have any other highly-publicized incidents.
He wasn't a star in the league and he was a sixth-round draft pick. He was a member of some of the Dallas Cowboys talented defenses in the early 2000s, but was out of the league in 2005. However, he is now the director of player development for the Seminoles. The university doesn't seem to put to much weight on the past happenings.
