Bio

A former NCAA FCS safety for Jacksonville University and Pioneer Football League Conference Champion, Troy received a Bachelors of Science in communications. A native of Jacksonville, he first began working in communications during spring of 2010. While at JU he was a producer for The Dolphin Channel news television station and a staff writer for the school newspaper The Navigator. He had the opportunity to work with Blaine Gabbert of the Jacksonville Jaguars for the Dignity-U-Wear project, and also worked with Big Brother-Big Sister of 2011 Awards, ABC's "Extreme Home Makeover," and the Moe's Southwest Grill Lacrosse Tournament.
