USMNT First World Cup Preparation Camp Includes Youth and Vets

The roster of 26 players for Jurgen Klinsmann's first World Cup Preparation Camp was released Friday and includes familiar and fresh faces.
Veterans like Landon Donovan, Benny Feilhaber and Graham Zusi will lead the team but five players are receiving their first call to the senior team. Luis Gil, Michael Harrington, Christ Klute, Shane O'Neil and DeAndre Yedlin will all set out to prove the deserve to be playing in Brazil come June.
The camp runs from January 6 to February 1 with the squad training in California and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
A friendly on February 1 against the Korea Republic in Carson, Calif. will conclude the camp.
The roster is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Tally Hall, Bill Hamid, Sean Johnson and Nick Rimando
Defenders: Matt Besler, Brad Evans, Omar Gonzalez, Clarence Goodson, Michael Harrington, Chris Klute, Chance Myers, Shane O'Neill, Seth Sinovic and DeAndre Yedlin
Midfielders: Eric Alexander, Kyle Beckerman, Brad Davis, Mix Diskerud, Benny Feilhaber, Luis Gil, Dax McCarthy and Graham Zusi
Forwards: Landon Donovan, Eddie Johnson, Mike Magee and Chris Wondolowski
