Minnesota Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery on Wednesday according to 1500 ESPN Twin Cities.
An MRI reportedly revealed some issues that “needed to (be cleaned) up.
Greenway, who hasn’t missed a game with the Vikings since 2007, is expected to be ready for training camp. He was responsible for 148 total tackles last season. He recorded three sacks, two fumble recoveries, and an interception.
He is set to make $6.9 million this year in the fourth season of his five-year, $40.6 million contract.
