Manasquan appears to have one of the clearest returning cores:
Toms River East also reportedly retains substantial experience, with senior midfielders Ayden Salazar and Sam Los, junior Brennen Hutton and returning defender Evan Cappetta.
Elsewhere, Colts Neck can look to senior forward Sean Moore and sophomore midfielder Adrian Kruglyansky, while Howell will rely on senior midfielder Andrew Holmes.
The conference’s depth is not limited to established seniors. Several younger players may be ready for larger roles, giving their teams more flexibility during the season.
Goalkeeping also looks well covered, with senior options including Chase Lee of Manalapan, Konstantinos Mastrokalos of Marlboro and Matthew Makower of Ocean. Toms River South reportedly has sophomore Connor Starr returning between the posts.
The senior class extends well beyond the leading contenders. Christian Brothers Academy, Shore Regional, Ocean Township, Holmdel, Long Branch and Raritan all have experienced players expected to carry significant responsibility.
That spread matters. Teams with senior leadership can start quickly, but the programs able to integrate juniors and sophomores will have the strongest chance of sustaining form across the campaign.
When preseason arrives, the main storyline will be clear: which experienced core turns conference depth into another sectional challenge?
