The update says he has also been one of the captains for Canada at the 2026 Concacaf Under-20 Championship and helped the country qualify for the 2027 Under-20 World Cup.
For now, the next step seems straightforward: more minutes, more responsibility, and a delayed arrival. Fotsing is expected to stay where he is until the 2026 CPL campaign is complete, then join the Whitecaps in 2027.
