Sargent’s reported switch from Norwich City to Toronto FC in March was a major career reset. The transfer was described as a club-record $22 million, while his Norwich spell ended with seven goals in 23 Championship matches.

However, it also says a thigh problem and other injury-related absences limited his continuity after arriving in Canada.
