How to Withdraw

  • Withdraw to Bank:

Step 1: Go to the “My Account” dropdown on the desktop, or click on either your account balance at the top right or “Me” at the bottom right, if you are on the mobile and click on "Withdraw".

Step 2: Select the bank you wish to withdraw to and enter your account number of the corresponding bank. Enter the amount you want to withdraw from your account balance. Finally, click on the "Withdraw" button. 

Step 3: You will be asked to enter your Football.com PIN and confirm. Always ensure the URL is www.Football.com before inputting your PIN. Never reveal your PIN to anyone even if they claim to represent Football.com. Too many failed attempts will lock payments for 1 hour. 

Step 4: You will have to check if the given information for the withdrawal account is correct. If all details are correct, click on "Withdraw" button.

Step 5: Your withdrawal was successful. Click on the button or link that is shown below to be redirected to another page of Football.com.

Football.com pays all your fees so that all withdrawals are completely free!

What is the limit of Withdrawal and How much is the charge fee?

All withdrawals are free of charges.

Minimum per transaction: NGN 100.00

Maximum per transaction: NGN 9,999,999.00

Transactions may fail due to the Bank Account's Balance or Daily Limit Transfer amount.

SPECIAL STATEMENT:

To safeguard your account security and ensure product integrity, please meticulously inspect your bank information. Avoid indiscriminate transfers of your funds to third-party accounts. Football.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account for review if we detect and verify any potential money laundering activity. This may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  1. Solely using Football.com for deposits and withdrawals, with no recorded betting activity in the transaction log.
  2. Attempting to withdraw funds from a Football.com account to a significant number of different individuals' bank accounts.
  3. Making an excessive number of withdrawal requests in a single day.

How long will it take to withdraw to the Bank Account?

Normally, the withdrawn amount should reach your bank account immediately. However, if it remains in a "Pending" status for more than 72 hours, we kindly request you to get in touch with our Customer Service team. If you encounter a "Pending" status accompanied by a notification stating that the transaction will undergo manual processing and verification within three business days, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
