Morgan Rogers is a more ambitious target. His productive campaign and expected England role strengthen his appeal, but Chelsea’s lack of Champions League football leaves them behind rival clubs. Arda Guler is also admired after responding well to Alonso at Real Madrid, though a major offer would reportedly be required.
